Shandong Longji Machinery Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Longji Group, founded in April 1994. It is a national high-tech enterprise engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of automotive braking components. On March 5, 2010, Longji Machinery was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company's automotive brake discs, brake drums, wheel hubs, brake pads, and brake calipers are exported to more than 50 countries and regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Africa, and Southeast Asia, with sales networks covering major well-known domestic vehicle manufacturers, international OEM markets, and large automotive parts procurement groups. The brand awareness and market share of "Longji brand" are steadily increasing, and it is deepening its development into higher-end market segments.

Over the years, the company has provided future-oriented braking system solutions for vehicle matching and the automotive aftermarket with its professional technology, automated and intelligent processing capabilities. Casting materials are strictly produced according to American G3000 standards, EU GG20/GG25 standards, Japanese FC250 standards, national standard gray iron 250 standards, and ductile iron 450, 500, and 600 standards; production equipment is imported from Germany, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other countries with internationally advanced fully automatic casting production lines, fully automatic processing production lines, intelligent coating production lines, and large CNC machining centers, and a large number of robot manipulators are used to create a green casting and intelligent factory, providing strong guarantees for product quality and customer needs.

The company has passed ISO900O, QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO/TS16949 quality system certifications, as well as ISO14000 environmental management system and OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system certifications; major testing equipment is all imported from abroad, and can meet the precise measurement and comprehensive performance testing of various types of automotive braking components from development to production. At the same time, the company has established a national-level testing center to provide strong technical support for product research and development and process improvement.
